• 6.54% (variable) equal to Base +0.79% until 31/08/09, no arrangement fee, free valuation and free legals for remortgages, up to 85% LTV (product code W5X).
• 6.45% (variable) equal to Base +0.70% until 31/08/09, £399 arrangement fee, free valuation and free legals for remortgages, up to 85% LTV (product code W5Y).

Three new Standard fixed rates:

• 6.19% fixed until 30/11/10, no arrangement fee, free valuation, up to 95% LTV (product code W5U).
• 6.84% fixed until 30/11/10 (minimum loan £25,000), £599 arrangement fee, up to 95% LTV, 2% cashback (product code W5T).
• 4.99% fixed until 30/11/08, then 5.99% fixed until 30/11/12, £999 arrangement fee, up to 95% LTV (product code W5S).
