Broker - At the point of initial case review you will receive a call from our processing team who will outline your case requirements, these are then confirmed in writing to you. The case will then be processed to offer and completion as usual.
Packager - Processing will only begin when a fully packaged case (including valuation) is received.
Post

Case updates
From the point that the AIP or application is submitted, you can then obtain full updates via our online virtual office using your unique user id and password. Case status is clearly displayed in the table at the bottom of the page immediately following log on.
This is fully updated with progress including:-
• When the initial assessment has commenced
• Assessment completed
• Valuation received
• Offer
• Funds released
• Completion.
Please in the first instance login via your virtual office to check for individual case updates. If once you've checked the website, you still need to contact us, please contact your local business development manager in the first instance.
